Just a suggestion, maybe it would be best if you’d drink the water that you
boiled. To prove that you really do drink what you boiled. Just my two
cents. Good video though to boil water.

“For your initial filtering, why not pick up a bank bag. It is a heavy duty
canvas bag that the banks ship coins in. You may be able to get one from
your bank, but you can buy them on Amazon. Just use the bag to get water

bottom corners into a second container. This gets rid of the leaves, bugs

I say “What’s 60 seconds?” That doesn’t require any additional fuel and you
aren’t looking at any noticeable loss of water.

nice video. Another alternative is Sawyer Filter (0,1 micron) plus any
chemical purifier (clorine, aquamira, iodine, etc). The Sawyer purifier
(0,02 micron) is too slow. thanks for the video 😉

In a survival situation you take what you can find. But cans have glues and
coatings that are not designed to take heat. Better off using a filter or a
    stainless, titanium, aluminum container. JMHO.

As soon as it boils it’s safe to drink. The EPA says “a couple minutes just
to be sure” but that’s typical government playing it safe. It’s not
    necessary.
