Patagonia Men's Nano PuffA(R) Vest - New - Chilly mornings in base camp, simulclimbing by headlamp and cragging in the South Platte as snow falls all give the Nano PuffA(R) Vest its raison d'AStre. Worn as an outer or midlayer, the vest uses PrimaLoftA(R) ONE (60-g) insulation for superb compressibility, featherlight weight and surprising warmth. All of this is wrapped in a windproof and moisture-shedding 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell with a DelugeA(R) DWR (durable water repellent) finish. This season we've improved the fit with better shaping through the torso and waist, and added a soft, wicking interior storm flap and zipper garage for chin comfort. We also resized the classic Nano Puff "brick" quilt pattern, added horizontal quilt lines on the side panels, and used a burly thread for enhanced durability. Other fine points include a drawcord hem, two zippered handwarmer pockets and an internal chest pocket (with clip-in loop) which doubles as a stuffsack.
